Hey All
I managed a 900gm loss...not as good as I hoped but I guess a loss is a loss:)
Just hope I can keep going on the downward spiral...........going away this weekend for 2 nights for our 3rd wedding anniversary....

I have had to update my goals to more realistic goals, I think maybe I was a little gunho...so here we go again:)
MY GOALS


Goal 1 : Reach 110.8kg…WW 5% loss “DONE”

Goal 2: Reach 106.6kg…10kg by 2nd Oct 05 “DONE”

Goal 3: Reach 104.9kg…WW 10% Loss “DONE”

Goal 4: Buy Clothing from a regular size store “DONE”

Goal 5: Be able to buy a sexy matching underwear set in size 16 or below “DONE”

Goal 6: Reach 101.6kg…15kg by end of Jan 06

Goal 7: Reach 99.9kg…double digit girl!!!:) By end of Feb’06

Goal 8: Reach 96.6kg…20kg by end of March’06

Goal 9: Reach 93.3kg…WW 20% Loss by end of April’06

Goal 10: Reach 85kg…takes me out of ‘Obese’ BMI category by 15th June’06

Long Term Goal: Reach target weight of 72kg by August 2006

Well its wednesday night and I am nervous about weighing in tomorrow, as I really hope I have lost weight and shall be mega pissed off if I haven't as I have exercised for 305mins this week.......But I also feel as though I am retaining fluid again...gawd knows why cos it isn't TTOM again as yet.....Shall keep ya posted....

Hello all
Weighed in and only lost 300gms...but since I wasn't tracking I thought it wasn't too bad.......Starting my walking again tonight in the rain and it felt damn good to be doing it again...so yah back on track.....

Well I bit the bullet and weighed in today after not weighing in since the week before christmas to see what the damage was...I put on 1.4kg...not as bad as I thought...but like I said on the previous post, I am back tracking now...so on a downward slide hopefully yet again...I said to myself at least I went back today and motivated again...interested in anyones thoughts on how they managed over the silly season...
