Lost another 500gms today.....woo hoo
Feels great.....had to go out and get a new hair do to celebrate as thats 3.3kgs in 3 weeks...

another 1 kg gone this week...its amazing when one tracks and walks 5 out of 7 days....Brickies are at the new house again...so its nice to see walls going up....
