My Journey

Well.....
Hello all!!
This is my second week of weightwatchers and so far so good...
I weighed in on my first day at 116.6kgs on the 4th August 2005.....Goal weight is 72kgs....I am 170cms tall and come from Mandurah in Western Australia....and any comments of encouragement are very welcome..
I weighed in on Thursday 11th August 2005 at 114.4kgs and have lost 17.5cms all over.....WOW!!
