5th Weigh In


Well I am so disapointed...I weighed in and only lost 200gms...I have no idea why....I have been exercising every day between 10 and 15,000 steps and never have all my points cos I am always too full....I got my butterfly charm today to mark the 5kg mark I got to last week...I did lose another 10 cms this week though which makes a total of 47.5cms....
Have to keep plodding along...I really don't understand why I didn't lose more...anyone got any ideas??

    I dont really know why it is, some have told me it could be fluid retention, time of the mth etc. What I do is not so much concentrate on the scales anymore as I wouldve got too disappointed, for me its an overall thing of the scales,measurements and how I feel in myself.
    Be proud as it was still a loss and keep plodding along as one moves a mountain by carrying away small stones.

    Hello, I think 200 grms is great and any loss is better than a gain! To be Losing the cms is a bonus as well because fat takes up heaps more room than muscle so I think you are gaining muscle and losing fat! They do say if you are exercising heaps you need to eat all your points but you are doing great guns....you go girl!

    It is still a loss, so don't worry. Make sure you eat all your points though, especially as you are exercising properly. Love the charm!
