Just had to post my new ticker here...went to my usual meeting today and as usual it was rather blah...its a shame though, cos some people got up and walked out cos it was so boring...

Look at you - almost 13kgs gone. That is so fantastic. You must be feeling proud of yourself, and so you should be. I couldn't be bothered going to that meeting if it is so boring. Can't you just go to the other one all the time? Hope so.
