I had another busy weekend and so far a busy week........must learn to unwind and stop saying yes to everyone when they want something...

Good idea we all need time out for ourselves.... try and grab some soon as Christmas is just around the corner. Good luck with your weigh in :-).

It is difficult when you have been saying "yes" forever, but there does come a time when you do need more time for yourself.
